No. We provide all extension cords.

If you are more than 100-150 feet from the power source, you will need to rent a generator. Or if you are in a public place that does not have power, then you will also need a generator.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water.  We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

You will need to provide garden hose from your water source over to our inflatable. We will take it from there.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When making your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed so we will know ahead of time what type of anchoring system will need to be used.

Yes, we require a 30% retainer fee for all events. Remaining balances are due when we come out and set up.

We need to know as soon as possible if you are cancelling. You will have the option to reschedule your event for another date.

If the weather does not permit on the day of and we have to cancel, you will have the option to reschedule or we will issue a refund.

Rentals are up to about 8 hours.
